Vineyards: From the Zacharias family vineyards at Nemea. The vineyards are being cultivated by practicing a certified Integrated Viticultural Management System for the Production of Wine Grapes, according to standards AGRO 2.1 and AGRO 2.2.
Altitude: 360m. from sea level
Wine making: White classic wine making method, with controlled fermentation temperature up to 17°c in inox tanks. Characteristics: White squared is the name we have given to this wine, which resulted from the harmonious blending of two exquisite indigenous white grape varieties, Assyrtiko and Sklava. This unique combination of the two varieties results in a wine with a bright golden yellow colour and an intense aroma of pineapple and citrus fruits, combined with hints of aromas of tobacco and green apple. It is a full-bodied wine, well structured, with a balanced acidity, and rich in the mouth, with a long aftertaste, dominated by hints of citrus fruits and vanilla. |
